Full refunds will be made prior to the late registration date set forth on registration pages. After the late registration date, a partial refund will be made amounting to the original registration fee paid less the late registration fee as specified on the appropriate registration page. Under extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the attendee that prohibit an attendee from attending a conference, the Association Board may approve a full refund of all conference fees or may credit the attendee’s account for the amount paid and apply such credit balances to a future conference.
